Rocket Launch to be a Blast!

This year’s Rocket Launch is set for Sunday, October 2nd from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Artesian Park, which is located in the field across from East and Middle Schools.  The Rockets just arrived today and they are in appreciation for those scouts that participated in the Float Decorating or 4th of July Parade activities. Note to Scouts and Parents - it takes 2-3 days to assemble the rockets so don't delay in putting them together.  You have to glue and decorate your rockets and want to be sure that they are completely dry before launch day. Scouts who did not participate in 4^th of July festivities, can purchase rockets from Samantha Borland  for $10.  There will also be pre-assembled rockets at the park to purchase.
